Canopy walk! I had fun, shan't say much since we're supposed to do photojournalism as a group (Ying Xuan, Elyssa, Yi-lin!) . Two pictures taken I think are nice.
I must not miss out the hardship Elyssa and I went through to get to Parkway Parade. Took a bus and then the MRT to Eunos Interchange and we waited for Bus 15 at a bus-stop somewhere outside the MRT. Waited for some half and hour, same buses come and go for several times but 15 was nowhere to be seen. I started to doubt Elyssa's street knowledge, so I went to check what buses stop there. Helllllllo? Bus 15 doesn't stop there to cater the needs of all the stupid people. Elyssa couldn't accept the truth, she wanted to sit at the bus-stop till good ol' 15 comes. I could've left her there to rot but I didn't! We sat 155 instead, to another bus-stop where there is definitely 15. Yeah, we waited at another bus-stop. It was drizzling and we kept talking about Primary school days. Elyssa loves wa-ter-me-lons now. We waited for quite a long time (perhaps another half an hour), and then hope came. We were standing to honour its arrival at the bus-stop but the freaking Bus 15 passed us by! I almost wanted to take down the bus plate and complain or something. It was our fault though, we didn't even stretch out our pinky finger to signal to the driver who didn't know our body language to stop. My heart ached somehow, we waited so long for it! The second Bus 15 came. That time round, we boarded the bus ('cause we signalled). It felt so good.
Had lunch at Burger King 'cause Elyssa wanted the squirrel in Ice Age 2 toy, how childish. But anyway the gift wasn't the squirrel that day. There were two girls staring at us when we were eating and stuff. When we left the place they stared some more, irritating.
We walked around and developed the photographs we took during Canopy Walk, using some super high-technology machines. I'm outdated or what. I haven't developed photographs since a long time ago, ever since digital cameras came about.
The only thing we bought were voodoo doll-keychains. They're so cuuute! We wanted to cast spells on people by poking them.
We kept (window) shopping up and down, round and round Parkway Parade! I'll try to list the shops in PP: Samuel & Kevin, 77th Street, Rusty, Esprit, Topshop, Stege, Ice Lemon Tee, MiniToons, Chameleon, U2, Hang Ten, Giordano, Bossini, Baleno, Nike, Nike (Women), Sembawang, OP... etc. Don't remember the names of many shops. Anyway, HT, Gio, Bos, Bal are always located near each other, lol.
We just kept walking to practise for NAPFA or something. I walked into the bra shop, the sales assisstants didn't give a damn about my presence. If the reason was 'cause I'm flat or whatever, if Elyssa went in, no one would bother either.
Bought ice-cream cones, and I was telling Elyssa that usually kids would stare at you when you're eating ice-cream. So both of us went around tempting kids to look at our ice-cream. Apparently kids nowadays all have myopia.
We acted lesbians. Like, whenever we walked past a group of students or a couple, we'd hold hands. And Elyssa (girl who has sixth sense) sensed that people were looking, I couldn't, lol! We got real disgusting, we called each other mushy-mushy names. Branch from 'Honey': Jam, Kaya, Margarine, Nutella, Peanut Butter, Butter, Chocolate shortcake, Strawberry shortcake... Then we walked and rehearsed how to talk sweet.
I went, 'Honey, you know I really love you?'.
Elyssa went, 'Nutella/Jam/whatever! I know--'
Then this cheekohpeh uncle turned around and looked at us, he probably thought we were talking to him!? Eeeeek, and he grinned! Oh my gawd, I feel disgusted.
We went to get Blended Ice Milo, and pearls. We sucked the pearls and 'fire' them by blowing into the fat straw. I shot them real far! And and I 'injured' this lady who dressed up so nice and fine while she was crossing the road. My bullet hit her leg. What's more? She didn't feel anything I think! It was kinda mean of me. I feel guilty now. I dirtied many cars with my ammunition, can you imagine? If you were the driver and you see two RGS girls (or maybe only me) trying to train accuracy on your car. However, I had lots of fun shooting! Shit, I forgot to take pictures of my precious ammunition. Y'know, me and Elyssa probably can go to the army and help defend Singapore with our impressive shooting skills. I really love Singapore! (no sarcasm, seriously)
I can't remember a lot, it's two days ago.

Battlefield trip was eventful, I love it. Fort Canning Hill, Bukit Chandu, Changi Chapel & Museum, and Kranji War Memorial & Cemetery. I'll let the photographs speak.
Fort Canning Hill
Bukit Chandu
Disturbing.
Changi Chapel & Museum
Replica of the chapel.
Poppies, so bloody.
Kranji War Memorial & Cemetery
Brave soldiers who sacrificed but not named 'cause their bodies were beyond recognition when found.
Names of those whose bodies were never found carved on the walls. There are over 20 000.
There was a ceremony to maybe remember the people who died or something. And some students were talking and giggling during the ceremony. At one point of time I really wanted to walk up and ask them to fucking shut up.

Went to SHATEC for Western Dinner Etiquette. Theory lesson and then the practical. We had a 4-course meal. Bread & Butter, Appetizer- melon, Soup- mushroom?, Main course- chicken + potato wedges + vegetables, Dessert- blueberry cake, and Tea. The food was really nice. One day TCC's gonna go eat at some restaurant to practise our etiquette again!
After that was 4-hour RS. Not really meaningful to me, anyway I still learnt a little about planning and stuff. I laughed my ass off during our preparation to make the pet prototype. Mature contents included, viewers discretion, or whatever.
Requirements: Tiger, Orange, Black spots, Green eyes, Blonde, Small nostrils (about 45cm in diameter, or something?), Wings, Long tail, Braces, No butt crack!
End product:
This year's LJ week was so much better than last year's! <3
Gotta go for Printmaking Workshop now, bye.
